About Us
Ready Team Solutions was established to address a recurring gap in short-term and project-based executive protection: the lack of continuity, preparation, and accountability that often accompanies ad-hoc staffing models.

Rather than assembling temporary teams on a per-assignment basis, Ready Team Solutions operates as a principal-led firm built around small, standing teams that train, plan, and deploy together. This structure allows us to deliver protection services that are deliberate, coordinated, and consistent.

The Ready Team Model
Our model, which we have dubbed the "Ready Team model", is designed to solve the most common risks associated with ad-hoc protection deployments.
Traditional short-term protection often relies on last-minute personnel sourcing, limited advance coordination, and teams that have never worked together. While individual operators may be capable, the absence of shared planning, communication standards, and operational familiarity introduces friction at the moment precision is required.
We address this by deploying pre-established teams with preexisting relationships, defined roles, shared operating norms, and a consistent approach to planning and execution. This allows our teams to operate cohesively from the outset, reducing uncertainty for the client and increasing overall effectiveness.
