Kevin Gross

With a distinguished background in law enforcement, our team lead is a former SWAT sniper and certified Handgun Master who served as a SWAT Firearms Instructor with the Monterey County Sheriff’s Office. 

Over the course of his career, he has conducted high-risk operations, specialized in precision engagement, and trained countless officers in advanced firearms tactics and close-quarters engagements. In addition to his tactical expertise, he brings extensive experience in mission planning, site assessment, and risk mitigation. He currently oversees all aspects of operational planning for Ready Team Solutions LLC, including team selection, logistics coordination, and real-time tactical leadership during assignments. His combination of field-tested experience, instructional credibility, and strategic leadership ensures that every mission is executed with discipline, discretion, and unmatched preparedness.
