A former 0311 Infantry Marine with deployment experience, our Managing Director brings a mission-driven mindset and a deep understanding of security operations in both high-pressure and dynamic environments. 

During his time in the Marine Corps, he gained extensive expertise in tactical coordination, mission execution, and small-unit leadership. With a background in security planning and small unit logistics, he now oversees day-to-day operational scheduling, team selection, and client relations for Ready Team Solutions. His role ensures that every protection detail is executed with precision—from initial planning through deployment—while maintaining clear communication with clients and adapting to their unique needs. His blend of military discipline, logistical efficiency, and client-first focus forms the backbone of RTS’s ability to deliver dependable, professional protection in any environment.
